Our research to develop our AML training programs includes our in-person interviews with AML regulators in Chicago and Washington, D.C., and discussions with AML experts from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) and State Regulators. Our AML courses include MSB/AML rules and regulations published in Federal Register and the sources listed in the bibliography.
